PreparationSlice potatoes very thin. Slice artichoke hearts. make thin white sauce with flour/butter/milk. top with mixture of breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. coat potatoes and artichokes with sauce and bake in greased pan until done in a 400 degree oven.
